Information you give us. If you request beta access through the form on this site, we collect your name, email address, which product you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, and timestamp — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

We use what you submit for one purpose: to reply to you about the beta and to decide who to onboard next. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Our lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products.

Beta requests are delivered to us by an email service provider acting as our processor. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We share personal information with no one else, except where we are legally required to.

We keep beta requests for as long as the beta programme runs, plus [retention period], after which they are deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email help@pavil.co and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information submitted through this site, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
