This site describes Pavil and its products. It is informational. It does not itself provide document storage, agent verification, or any other service, and nothing here is an offer or a binding commitment to supply a product.

Provida and Pravida are in beta. Requesting access does not guarantee access — we onboard testers selectively. Beta software is provided as is, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may contain defects. Do not rely on beta software as the sole store of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Access to the products themselves is governed by the terms presented when you create an account, not by these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the site in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping at a volume that degrades service for others;
• submit false information, or another person's information without their permission, through our forms.

The Pavil, Provida, and Pravida names and logos, and the content and design of this site, belong to Pavil LLC. You may not use them without our written permission, except for fair use such as commentary or news reporting.

This site links to other sites, including our product environments and our careers page. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

This site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
